Clearly identify the corresponding country & conduct preliminary research (talent distribution, market salary levels and common corporate benefits policies, basic labor laws)
Develop recruitment plans based on priority and assist clients in exploring local channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobstreet, Glassdoor, etc.)
Within a week of receiving the position, refer candidates to the interview process, assist clients with salary negotiations, follow up on candidates' offer acceptance, and onboarding.
